2025 April PAD Challenge: Day 11
On this 11th day of the 2025 April Poem-A-Day Challenge, writers from around the world are tasked with writing a nature poem.
For today's prompt, write a nature poem. Your poem could be about natural nature (think flowers, rivers, mountains, pebbles, weeds, trees, insects, fish, etc.), but don't neglect other iterations of nature (like human nature or the nature of baseball and so on).
Remember: These prompts are springboards to creativity. Use them to expand your possibilities, not limit them.

Here’s my attempt at a Nature Poem:
“Supernatural,” by Robert Lee Brewer
It's only natural
when you're alone
on the darkest night
when the wind shivers
through the branches and
leaves of every tree so that
you hear each rattle and crack
to acknowledge the possibility of
something lurking just beyond what
you can actually see.
