Write a scene or story in which a character looks at a historical document.
What information does it reveal about the past? Perhaps the document provides a piece of connection to the past needed to perform a ritual, or a character discovers an ancestor not who they thought they were. Maybe the document helps a detective solve a decades-old case, or a character vows to protect the artifact at all costs.
