Day 6: It’s fairly well-known that the plots of most successful works of fiction can be traced back to a handful of specific storytelling archetypes. These archetypes are persistent because they work. Use this worksheet from 20 Master Plots, Ronald B. Tobias’s classic writing reference, to identify the type of story you are telling and make sure that you’re including the recommended storytelling elements identified with the archetype in question.
