New Agent Alert: Nina Leon of Pérez Literary & Entertainment
Literary agent alerts (with this spotlight featuring Nina Leon of Pérez Literary & Entertainment) are golden opportunities for new writers because each one is a literary agent who is likely building his or her client list.
Nina Leon knew from a young age that the magic and power of stories was something she would always need in her life. She now proudly champions authors whose magic shines through every story they write. Nina holds a BA in film and media from the University of Cape Town, as well as a BIS (Hons) in publishing from the University of Pretoria.
Her first foray into the publishing industry was assessing manuscripts for Pan Macmillan South Africa before interning at the Irene Goodman Literary Agency and then spending two years building her list as junior at High Spot Literary. Nina has now joined Pérez Literary & Entertainment as Associate Agent where she looks forward to further expanding her client list and contributing to the growth and success of PLE.
