Powerful Prowess
Write a scene or story that includes a character with a superpower.
I just read Hench, a very wonderful (and often funny, but a little heartbreaking) debut novel by Natalie Zina Walschots. The story explores the world of henches—the normal, everyday people whose lives are often seen as expendable—and the jobs they do for supervillians.
Hench was so good that it made me want to read more about characters with superpowers.
Creative writing prompt: Write a scene or story that includes a character with a superpower.
Can they shapeshift? Control the weather? Bake amazing banana bread? How powerful (or inconsequential) are their abilities? Do they use them for good or evil?
