It's a new year, and with it comes new goals and resolutions.
For creative people and creative writers, new year's resolutions can be either a blank canvas or a roll-over from last year's goals. This isn't to say we didn't achieve what we wanted in 2023—more that writing is difficult, and publishing is slow. So, not everything can happen in the course of a single calendar year.
