2021 November PAD Chapbook Challenge: Day 24
For the 2021 November PAD Chapbook Challenge, poets are tasked with writing a poem a day in the month of November before assembling a chapbook manuscript in the month of December. Today’s prompt is to write a response poem.
For today's prompt, write a response poem. The poem could be responding to a news story or event. But I think it's also interesting to respond to other poems, whether they're written by other poets or yourself.
Remember: These prompts are springboards to creativity. Use them to expand your possibilities, not limit them.

Here’s my attempt at a Response Poem:
“correspondence from thanksgiving”
forget the candy
send all the gravy
there's so much that needs covered
(For this morning's poem, I responded to my Day 1 correspondence poem.)
