2021 November PAD Chapbook Challenge: Day 7
For the 2021 November PAD Chapbook Challenge, poets are tasked with writing a poem a day in the month of November before assembling a chapbook manuscript in the month of December. Today’s prompt is to write a health poem.
For today's prompt, write a health poem. Could be good health or bad health, physical health or mental health, health class, health of a person's bank account, or any other health-related interpretation. I hope everyone has a healthy bit poeming today.
Remember: These prompts are springboards to creativity. Use them to expand your possibilities, not limit them.

Here’s my attempt at a Health Poem:
“appetite”
it's no secret i've always had
more than a healthy appetite
for a diet that's mostly bad
it's no secret i've always had
a hunger for shrimp & crawdad
& sugar & all that's not right
it's no secret i've always had
more than a healthy appetite
(Today's example poem is a triolet. Click here to learn more about the triolet.)
