Elizabeth Raum

Elizabeth Raum is the award-winning author of more than 150 books for young readers and two books for adults. She loves exploring U.S. history and sharing that knowledge with young readers. New in 2022 is the middle-grade historical novel, A Kidnapping in Kentucky, 1776, about the kidnapping of Daniel Boone’s 13-year-old daughter Jemima. Her 2021 middle-grade novel, Storm Warning, a Junior Library Guild Gold Selection, was set during the 1997 Red River Valley flood along the Minnesota/North Dakota border.
