Liz Fiedorow Sjaastad

Liz Fiedorow Sjaastad is an author with a background in organization development. She is a recipient of the Loft Literary Center’s Mentor Series Fellowship, and a chapter of her memoir was a finalist in the 2021 Midwest Review. Liz spent seven years on the board of Touchstone Mental Health and continues to share her voice to build awareness of schizophrenia. Her goals are to help end the stigma and discrimination which prevent understanding, research, and important changes for those suffering.
