Patrick Hicks is the author of several books, including The Collector of Names, Adoptable, This London, and The Commandant of Lubizec. A dual-citizen of Ireland and America, he is the Writer-in-Residence at Augustana University as well as a faculty member in the MFA program at Sierra Nevada University. His latest book is In the Shadow of Dora: A Novel of the Holocaust and the Apollo Program.
